Arianna has a beautiful smile and a great heart! She is very sweet and reliable. She’s creative and patient, she truly loves children. She baby-sat our 9yo lot girl last year being able to create a great relationship with her. She became soon part of our family! (We miss her a lot!) She is the best, you will be lucky to have her as a babysitters!

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
